About The Function 

At the vast majority of functions these days I find that people prefer not to hear the DJ cracking corny jokes throughout the evening, and stating the title and artists of every song just played as if he’s on a radio station. I will of course read out requests/dedications, birthday shouts etc.

Regarding the sound level I have been DJing long enough to realise that the majority of functions that I am booked for, are social events, where people want to be able to chat with each other, and not to have scream themselves hoarse just trying to have a conversation. Throughout every event that I do I pay very careful attention to the sound volume, and try to maintain it at a level low enough that enables people to chat, but loud enough to entice them onto the dance floor. However if it’s an 18th or 21st  birthday party without the parents, then don’t worry we can turn it up for you.
