To make a booking firstly contact us by either telephone or email providing your requirement details as listed below: -

From these details we will then contact you with a price and provide you with a quote number.

If you are happy with the service, cost, and information we have provided you with regarding your function, then simply contact us requesting to book with the reference of the quote number. We will then process your booking for you and send out booking confirmation.

Do we get a letter of confirmation?

• Yes. For every booking that is placed you will get a confirmation letter with all the dates, times, places, and arrangements for your function. All confirmation letters sent out have to be signed and returned to Devon DJ to confirm your booking.
• A few days before your function we will also call to enusure that everything is going ahead as planned.

PLEASE NOTE

Forms that are not returned and recieved by the date set out on the confirmations will be void and a letter will be sent to you advising you that your booking has been cancelled.

How soon will we recieve confirmation?

• Confirmations are sent out within 10 working days of booking your function. However please note that functions booked 10 days in advance of the date of the function may not recieve letter of confirmation in time.
